<p>Express Scripts is a middleman between pharmacies (like Walgreens) and employers and health care plans. In essence, they pay the pharmacies the agreed-upon rate for the prescriptions filled, similar to what health insurance companies do for your medical doctor bills.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, Express Scripts, Inc. doesn’t see it that way and is discontinuing it’s association between <a href="http://app.socialspark.com/clicks?lid=20761&amp;oid=7069297" rel="nofollow">Walgreens and Express Scripts</a>.  As a consequence Walgreens is offering discounted pricing on the <a href="http://app.socialspark.com/clicks?lid=20799&amp;oid=7069297" rel="nofollow">Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens</a>. It’s Walgreen’s mode of trying to still aid those with Express Scripts save money and be able to maintain to fill their prescriptions at their local Walgreens.</p>
<p>In order to ease this pharmaceutical burden, Walgreens is offering a special discount on annual membership for its Walgreens Prescription Savings Club. For $10 a year, a family membership covers everyone in a patient’s immediate family, including a spouse, dependents under the age of 22, and pets.   Express Scripts give the feeling to be trying to support people to use their mail order service as opposed to local pharmacies; the main problem is that it is not always an option to use a mail order service.  If you are affected by this change, speak up. It always seems to happen when my husband is working away – there is something about a cold, empty bed which just doesn’t hold much appeal. It is typical as well that on the nights when I stay up late the children also wake me up in the night and get up early the next morning, leaving me exhausted and with the distinct feeling that I have burnt the candle at both ends – and in the middle.</p>

<p>So, in order to avoid the risk of acquiring hemorrhoid, try to eliminate processed food from your diet and replace them with foods that are rich in fiber like wheat and oats. If you cannot completely eliminate the intake of processed food, try to lessen it at the very least.</p>
<p>Eating healthy simply means making wise food choices. Instead of grabbing a burger, why not have a sandwich instead? You can go for a chicken or tuna sandwich. It’s also tasty and filling like a burger but it contains less salt and less oil.</p>
<p>The secret to healthy eating is minding the food that you eat. Always mind the food on your plate, especially when you are having a buffet meal or when ordering a meal from a restaurant. You have to savor each bite and chew your food thoroughly. This way, it gives your mind time to tell you when you are full, thus avoiding over eating. Also, eating in a relaxed, mindful state helps you digest better, not to mention that it makes you feel more satisfied with your meal.</p>
<p>Remember, you do not have to rely to memorize the nutritional value of the food you eat. Moderation is the key to be able for you to achieve healthy eating and you’ll never go wrong about it.</p>

If you don’t get enough sleep, this nightly dip in blood pressure, which appears to be important for good cardiovascular health, may not occur. According to several studies, if your blood pressure does not dip during sleep, you are more likely to experience strokes,<br />
chest pain known as angina, an irregular heartbeat, and heart attacks. You are also more likely to develop congestive heart failure, a condition in which fluid builds up in the body because the heart is not pumping sufficiently. Failure to experience the normal dip in blood pressure during sleep can be related to insufficient sleep time, an untreated sleep disorder, or other factors. African Americans, for example, tend not to have as much of a dip in blood pressure during sleep.
